Meet the Mangabey Monkey

Mangabeys are medium-sized primates native to the forests of Africa, known for their long tails and expressive faces. They are highly social animals, living in troops that rely on vocalizations, body language, and facial expressions to communicate. Mangabeys are mostly arboreal, spending much of their time in trees searching for fruits, seeds, and insects. Some species are threatened by habitat loss and hunting, while others remain more stable, highlighting the importance of conservation efforts.
