Welcome to our FAQs page! Here, you’ll find answers to all your questions about Beavers Bend Drive-Thru Safari Park. Whether you’re curious about ticket prices, park hours, animal encounters, or planning your visit, we’ve got you covered.
- The Coffee Bar is adjacent to the retail area inside the gift shop and offers a variety of beverages and light food selections served throughout the day that can be enjoyed on the adjoining outside patio.
- Restrooms are located near the park entry gate by the gift shop. There are no restrooms within the drive-thru safari park.
- The drive through the safari park takes approximately one hour, please plan your restroom needs accordingly.

- The entry gate for the private cabin rentals is located on the left side of the gift shop, between the gift shop and drive-thru safari park entry gate. The cabin rental front door is accessed by an electronic gate code.

- For the safety of our animals, staff and other guests, pets are not permitted in Beavers Bend Safari Park. We kindly ask visitors to leave all pets at home.

- Supporting Documents will be required for all service animal requests with a minimum of one calendar day advance notice.
- Please visit our Meet the Animals page to learn more. Guests are encouraged to follow this link while driving through the park to learn more about the individual animals as they are spotted on your drive through the park.
- We strive to have all animals on display during your visit; however, some animals could be off display for various reasons, including veterinarian care or maternity leave. During cold weather some exotic species require to be housed in heated shelters that could restrict viewing.
- Beavers Bend Safari Park reserves the right to change animal displays without notice.
- Guests who exhibit offensive, reckless or radical behavior that jeopardizes the safety or the enjoyment experience of other guests, or the safety of the animals will promptly be removed from the premises of the Beavers Bend Safari Park without refund or re-entry privileges.
- It is the responsibility of each park participant to abide by the safety precautions and park policies while in attendance. A complete list of prohibited items, vehicle requirements, park policies, and a copy of our liability release waiver are outlined on this page.
- The animals in the Beavers Bend Safari Park are wild and their behavior is unpredictable. Animals can bite, kick, stomp, impale or charge without warning.
- To help mitigate the possibility of an animal being "triggered" and displaying aggressive behavior that could result in personal injury, death or property damage, please carefully read and abide by the safety precautions and policies as outlined on this webpage.
- Participants of Beavers Bend Safari Park are participating at their own risk and assume personal responsibility as such. Custodians of minor children assume the responsibility of associated risk on behalf of minor children in their care. Please see our Liability Release Waiver for complete content.

- The well-being of our guests and resident animals is our top priority. To ensure the safety of all, the park is monitored by CCTV and in-person Safari Park Safety Rangers. Guests are required to follow safety instructions as directed by Safari Park Safety Rangers while in the safari park.
- Guests will be given a Safari Park Safety Rule leaflet upon entry, this leaflet outlines all important safety precautions that guests are required to adhere to while in the drive-thru safari park. The leaflet also contains an emergency contact phone number to call or text in the event of an emergency while in the park. Guests are also encouraged to call or text this number to report any safety concerns, an animal displaying aggressive behavior or an animal in distress.
- Each vehicle entering must have a cell phone that can be used to report an emergency while in the Safari Park if needed.
- No firearms, knives or other weapons of any kind. (Under state law, the Safari Park is considered both an amusement park and an educational institution, so concealed weapons aren't allowed, even for licensed holders of concealed handgun permits.)
- No Smoking, vaping, or other tobacco products, recreational or illegal drugs.
- No matches, lighters, fireworks, explosives or flammable devices of any kind.
- No drones, lasers, flash-photography, stand-up scooters, skateboards, roller blades or air horns.
- No glass containers, outside food, candy, bubble gum or drinks allowed, including alcohol. Only water bottles are allowed.
- Each vehicle entering must have a cell phone that can be used to report an emergency from within the Safari Park if needed.
- Only fully enclosed vehicles are permitted. Maximum clearance height is 90 inches/7.5 feet.
- All vehicle doors, windows, sunroofs, trunk lids, cargo carriers and gas caps must be able to fully close and stay latched on their own.
- Vehicles with detachable panels, windows, doors, tops, flaps etc. must have all parts fully attached to prevent animal entry into the vehicle.
- Truck beds must be empty and storage chests must be locked. Guests are not allowed to ride in a truck bed while touring the safari park.
- RV's, ATV's, towed trailers, campers, motorcycles, and buses are not permitted.
- Vehicles with loud motors, pipes or exhaust are not permitted.
- Vehicles with raised chassis and/or oversized wheels are not permitted.
- The purchaser(s) of tickets and/or vehicle driver(s) of each group will be required to complete a liability waiver upon entry. Click Here to view the Liability Waiver.
- It is recommended to allot a minimum of 1 hour to fully enjoy the park in its entirety.
- Gift Shop and Coffee Bar close 1 hour prior to closing.
- Pets or animals of any kind are not allowed on the Beavers Bend Safari Park premises, including in parked cars in the parking lot.
- Emotional support animals do not qualify as a service animal under Federal ADA guidelines for animal parks. Guests who require the accompaniment of a certified service dog during their visit must notify Beavers Bend Safari Park by email ( hello@beaversbendsafaripark.com) at least one calendar day in advance of their scheduled visit so that park staff can verify the service dogs credentials and health records. A staff member will be assigned to accompany the guest and their service dog during their visit to ensure everyone's safety.
- Beavers Bend Safari Park reserves the right to inspect and to refuse entry of anything that is determined to be a possible safety issue.
- All vehicles will be inspected prior to entry into the drive-thru safari park. Beavers Bend Safari Park reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle or its content that might pose a safety risk.
- There are no storage options for items not allowed entry into the park or boarding options for pets. Please plan accordingly before arriving at the park.
- Violators of any safari park policies will promptly be escorted off the Beavers Bend Safari Park premises without refund or re-entry privileges.
- CCTV Surveillance in use.
- If you have a large group of 10 or more paid tickets, a 15% discount will be applied to your order.
- If you are representing a school, church, or any group organization - please contact us for group pricing and discounts.

- Only Animal Food purchased from our Gift Shop is allowed. Our animals are on a specific diet, outside food can harm them.
- For your safety, the animals’ safety, and to prevent damage to your vehicle - DO NOT hand-feed the animals or throw food on the ground.
- Animals should only be fed at designated FEEDING STATIONS utilizing the dispensing chutes.
- Vehicle windows should be re-closed before pulling away from the feed stations protective barrier.
- Warning: animals can become aggressive when being fed - feed at your own risk.

- NO PETS or animals of any kind, including emotional support animals.
- NO SMOKING vaping, or use of any flammable devices.
- 5 MPH maximum speed limit. Obey all safety signage posted throughout the Safari Park.
- THE USDA REQUIRES THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS OF SELF-DRIVE TOURS REMAIN IN THEIR VEHICVLES AT ALL TIMES WITH WINDOWS AND SUNROOFS CLOSED. No hanging out of windows or sunroofs. Riders are not allowed in truck beds.
- DO NOT Attempt to touch, pet, interact or take selfies with animals.
- DO NOT Provoke, Tease, Entice, Taunt, Antagonize, Mock, Harass or Torment the animals in any way. Animals that feel threatened can quickly become defensive and attack without warning potentially causing serious injury, death or property damage.
- Animals Have the Right-of-Way, come to a complete stop and let animals cross the roadway before proceeding. Keep a safe distance of at least three car lengths between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you, and one car length from the animals to avoid accidents with animals or other vehicles.
- Remain on the roadway, except to pull over to observe animals or to let vehicles pass.
- DO NOT HONK; No Loud Noises, vehicle horns, air horns, music, yelling or screaming. Loud noises can "spook" animals and cause them to panic and run uncontrollably potentially causing harm to themselves, other animals, to guests or vehicle damage.
- No Bright Lights, do not flash vehicle lights, use high-beams or fog lights, shine a flashlight or a laser at the animals.
- DO NOT LITTER. Animals can mistake litter for food and ingest causing illness.
- DO NOT cross or breach fences or barriers or enter restricted roadways or employee only areas.
- Firearms or weapons of any kind are not allowed on the Safari Park premises.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
- Violators of any safari park policies will promptly be escorted off the Beavers Bend Safari Park premises without refund or re-entry privileges.
- The Purchaser of tickets and/or the driver of vehicles assume responsibility of all participants in their party and will be held financially liable for any negligent behavior or violations of Safari Park Safety Rules that result in property damage, animal injury, or death.
- CCTV Surveillance in use. License plates recorded upon entry and exit.
- The purchaser(s) of tickets and/or vehicle driver(s) will be required to complete a liability waiver prior to entry in the Gift Shop.
- A Driver's License Number will be required to complete the Liability Waiver.
- Email us to obtain a copy of our current Liability Waiver.
Our coffee bar is located in the gift shop and is serving up your favorite coffee drinks made with locally roasted gourmet coffee beans🫘, as well as cold drink offerings, and light refreshments.
- Enclosed in 90 acres of forest; home to 30 species of over 200 unique animals.
- The drive through Beavers Bend Safari Park is 1.8 miles and takes approximately one hour.
- Last entry is at 4PM
- The Safari Park operates Rain or Shine!
- In the event of Icy conditions preventing safe driving through the park, we will update the top banner of our website ASAP! All updates are posted soonest on our website.
- The animals enjoy being out in the rainy weather.
- Please provide your cell phone number at the time of purchase so that you can be notified via text if weather conditions warrant modifying operating times.
- No refunds or rain checks will be issued due to inclement weather unless the park operations are suspended for the day prior to your scheduled entry time.
- Check website for operational updates during severe weather events.
- Gift Cards can be used for online purchases or in person at our retail store.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Self-Driven and Guided Tour Tickets can be Exchanged or Refunded up to 3 calendar days prior to the scheduled ticketed date minus an $8.00 processing fee per ticket.
- Private Tours can be Exchanged or Refunded up to 3 calendar days prior to the scheduled ticketed date minus a $100.00 processing fee per booking.
- All Ticket Options cancelled less than 3 days prior to the scheduled ticketed date are non-refundable.

Please note: The Coffee Corner, Gift Shop, and Animal Walkabout close at 4:30 PM daily (5:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays).
