New Small Animal Walk-About Exhibit

While this new exhibit for our smaller exotic animals is still in process to be finished, guests can walk through to observe a variety of Lemurs, Spider Monkeys, Otters, African Porcupines, & Kangaroos (to name a few). This exhibit is included with your Safari Tour. Enjoy a coffee from our Coffee Corner while taking a stroll on a beautiful island mote system before or after your drive-thru tour!

Capybara Encounter

Get ready to meet some of the most lovable animals on the planet! Our Capybara Encounter gives you the chance to spend time with our adorable capybaras, learn fun facts about these gentle giants, and make unforgettable memories.

During this interactive experience, you’ll have the opportunity to meet and take photos with our sweet capybaras while learning more about their unique personalities from our knowledgeable team.

It’s the perfect mix of hands-on fun, education, and heart-melting cuteness – and a must-do for animal lovers of all ages.

Sloth Encounter

Our interactive sloth behind-the-scenes experience is a rare treat you won’t forget! Step inside the sloth enclosure for the unique opportunity to meet our sweet sloths, Honey & Maple, up close.

Tortoise & Kangaroo Interaction

Experience the charm of our Tortoise and Kangaroo Interaction! Dive into a private, up-close meet-and-greet where you can get to know these fascinating animals. Enjoy a special moment with them, take fun selfies, and make lasting memories.

This 20-minute adventure is perfect for the whole family. We require a minimum of 2 participants, including at least one adult, and only park-provided feed is allowed.

Eland Feeding

Join us for an exciting Eland Feeding experience! Hand-feed these majestic giants—the largest antelope breed— and get up close with their impressive size and gentle nature. Purchase a fresh lettuce stalk or half loaf of bread at our gift shop to use as feed, and enjoy the unique thrill of interacting with these magnificent creatures.

Please note, only food purchased from our gift shop is allowed for feeding. Don’t miss this special chance to connect with one of the park’s most impressive residents!

What to Know Before Your Animal Encounter

To help you have the best experience possible, here are a few important details before your visit:

Booking & Arrival

Park admission is required for all animal encounters.

We recommend reserving in advance as spots are limited.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in.

Check in at the front desk — your guide will meet you at your scheduled location.

During Your Experience

All encounters include feed provided by the park.

A team member will guide you through safety and interaction instructions.

Enjoy a hands-on, up-close experience in small group settings.

What to Wear & Bring

Closed-toe shoes are required.

Long pants and long sleeves are recommended.

Avoid strong perfumes or colognes.

Leave bags on provided hooks to prevent damage.

Animal Safety & Care

Animal behaviors can vary; minor nicks or scratches are possible.

Protective items like gloves and boot covers are available.

Animal well-being is always our top priority.

Encounters may be adjusted by our care team if needed.

Weather Policy

Encounters take place rain or shine.

In cases of severe weather, timing may be adjusted.
