Meet the Black-And-White Ruffed Lemur

As their name suggests, Black-and-white Ruffed Lemurs have black and white bodies. They don’t all share the same markings, but their hands, tails, feet, heads, and faces are typically black, with distinct white ruff around their necks. These lemurs also have bright yellow eyes.

About the Black-And-White Ruffed Lemur

Blesboks have a similar physical shape to rams and ewes. Humans, lions, leopards, African wild dogs, spotted hyenas, and cheetahs are the adult Blesbok’s primary predators. Jackals and eagles have been known to attack calves. The Blesbok is both farmed and hunted for its skin and meat and for trophies.
