Meet the Muntjac

About the Muntjac

Muntjacs are typically solitary and nocturnal animals that prefer to live in areas of thick vegetation. The males have tusklike upper canine teeth that project from the mouth and slightly hooked antlers on their heads. The muntjac have the smallest footprint of all deer species.
